If you are new to this, then you will do like i did when i started. Going back again to our examples: fitness and weight loss products. Again, your quality score will decrease and you will pay more per click than you should. Google like targeted campaigns. So what you have to do, is create 2 campaigns. One for the weight loss product and the other for the fitness product.
